The facility provides independent living, assisted living and memory care, which includes Alzheimer’s and dementia care, for seniors. A common core of activity spaces is at the center of each project creating a “hospitality like” residential atmosphere. The residents feel at home and are more active. The design utilizes stucco and stone with wood accents to blend with the southwestern architectural style. Exterior shading helps keep the residents cool through the heat of the day. The front porch interior entry concept includes memory boxes as visual cues to help residents remember apartment locations.
