Ever the consummate host, Selena enjoys every aspect of hospitality and event planning. She is passionate about all things food and beverage and would love to tell you about the time she appeared on two nationally televised food shows. Although not a chef herself, Selena greatly enjoys menu planning and cooking and hopes to one day be able to recreate her great-grandmother’s tamales.
