Senior Associate

Scott became interested in architecture at 9 years old when his parents built their family home. He is a graduate of Miami University earning a BA in Architecture and then went on to receive his Master of Architecture from UIUC. While his background is primarily in multi-family residential, he also has experience with commercial, retail, and custom residential projects. We are excited to have his broad knowledge and experience on our team. Scott is passionate about providing the best service he can give his  clients.  He believes collaboration is the key to great design and is an advocate for architectural education & licensure.

on a personal note...

Scott is originally from the Midwest but has spent the past 18 years in Seattle, WA & Scottsdale, AZ. The Midwest life was calling him back and Scott returned to KC in 2021 and is reacclimating to humidity and seasons.
When not working, Scott is usually volunteering with the Kansas City Symphony, taking daytrips to explore historical sites, listening to live music with his husband or working on their 1923 bungalow that always seems to need their attention. He is a dog dad to a 5-year-old rescue chihuahua.
