Rich has been managing commercial/industrial construction for 35 years. He has managed construction of new facilities throughout the US from a battery plant in Yuma, AZ to a research and development facility in Shrewsbury, PA.  He also spent a year in northern Alberta, CA maintaining and developing facilities at an Athabasca tar sands mine for Shell Oil. Rich served as PM for general contractors at Fort Leonard Wood (MO) and Fort Riley (KS). Recently, Rich has been managing construction projects of various sizes at Federal buildings for the US General Services Administration in Kansas and eastern Missouri. (JOCC and MATOC).

On a personal note...

Originally from Indianapolis, Rich is an Indiana University alum. Since 1995, he has been living in rural Ray County, MO. Rich is passionate about outdoor sports, working with horses, and is currently restoring an antique tractor.
