Price Brothers Management Company’s newly transformed corporate office is designed to inspire and connect. Expanding across the second floor and half of the first, this thoughtfully designed space brings the brand’s culture to life. The space features an open stairwell connecting both levels, creating a cohesive feel. The dynamic first floor functions as a social hub with a modern gym, fully equipped training room, and an interactive break space that fosters connection.

The second floor is dedicated to workspaces, with an expansive open workstation zone directly off the stairwell landing that spans the building’s width, providing an airy, open feel with natural light from windows at both ends. Offices line the perimeter, featuring full-glass fronts to maximize daylight throughout. To create moments of connection, several satellite social areas, including a coffee bar, collaboration spots, conference rooms, and a wellness room, are thoughtfully placed throughout the second floor. Warm wood finishes, soft neutrals, and lush greenery infuse each area with an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.
