Zanesville, Ohio | 7,300 SF | New Building/Tenant Improvements
The project consisted of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Zanesville, OH. The ASC consisted of two operating rooms, one procedure room and nine recovery beds. Being located in a rural setting on the edge of Zanesville, the client was intrigued by the aesthetics of local barns and farmhouses near the site. GastingerWalker&’s challenge was providing a design that met the functional needs of the new surgery center and also incorporated the local barn architecture.
