Jana leads the health services team and has become a resource for the design of oncology, surgery and other medical service centers. Close to one million people have visited the spaces she has designed for improved health care. Jana’s approach requires concentration and thoroughly thought-out options with chess-like foresight. While disciplined, she is open-minded and creative and will improvise to achieve superior results. She designs by listening to her clients and translating those needs and wants into pleasing and functional spaces. She adeptly manages a variety of outpatient projects for local and national healthcare clients. The proportions of the spaces are critical to impart a sense of compassion with inviting environments focused on minimizing patient anxiety.

on a personal note...

Jana grew up in an old Victorian house and was fascinated by all of the different rooms within her home and the neighbors’ homes. She and her husband enjoy listening to jazz and are passionate about the heritage of Jazz in Kansas City. In her free time you can find Jana on the sidelines rooting on her kids at their various sporting events.
