Craig has the unique and important ability to manage the owner, designer and contractor for the common goal of project success. Craig has experience in all aspects of architectural practice encompassing project management, design, cost estimating and construction administration on a complete range of project types with budgets from $500,000 to $50,000,000. His project emphasis has been primarily in the design/build market with public sector and corporate clients and includes management of multiple IDIQ and MATOC contracts with the GSA and Corps of Engineers. He is skilled in project coordination and adept at communicating with the various engineering consultants and contractors involved in implementing design projects.
