We provide ongoing tenant design services for over 15 million square feet of office space and have directed users in the search and evaluation of 10 million square feet of space.

Beginning with successes in serving Kansas City and Chicago building owners, our firm offers property owners and managers more than three decades of experience in providing a comprehensive range of specialized design services. Our services include maintaining building space inventory, space assignment drawings, rental plans and common area factors all within an integrated computer database.

During the due diligence process we develop space requirements, building performance criteria and request for lease proposals from developers. We understand leasing issues and their relationship with real estate expenditures and operating expenses to the owner’s return on investment.

In addition, we have conducted building and property evaluations to help our clients make informed decisions about the acquisition, upgrade or disposition of real estate assets. Our property evaluations review the character of the site, its capability to “carry” a proposed development program and the condition of any existing buildings on the site. We believe these services prove beneficial to our clients with a cost-effective advantage in today’s competitive real estate market.
