Utilizing natural light and tall ceilings, the firm created a modern, open collaborative office space with this renovation of a 1920’s building in the heart of downtown Minneapolis. Maintaining open space, the design avoided building the interior walls to the ceiling. Instead, walls were built to be supported independently of the shell building. Highlighting the height and volume of the space, conference rooms became focal points using large, bright blue frames around the glazed openings.
